Why now: Dark chocolate brings iron and magnesium — and yes, a period craving can be met with something genuinely good for you.
Ingredients
- 150g dark chocolate (70%+)
- Handful freeze-dried or fresh berries
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- Pinch flaky salt
Method
- 1Melt the chocolate gently and spread thin on a lined tray.
- 2Scatter over berries, seeds and a little salt.
- 3Chill until set, then snap into shards.
