About Insync
Insync was born from a simple frustration: too many women spend years not knowing whether what they feel is normal, dismissed by a system that hasn't invested enough in understanding women's bodies.
Conditions like endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS, and perimenopause affect millions of women, yet research and clinical attention have lagged behind. Many women are told their pain is normal when it isn't, or left without answers for symptoms that cycle with their hormones.
Insync is building a platform where you can track moods, energy, symptoms, sleep, and habits — and see patterns across your cycle. Where you can learn how your body works in plain language. Where you can connect with a community that gets it. And where, with your consent, your experience contributes to research that actually matters.
We're early. We're building in the open with women who want better tools and better knowledge. If that sounds like you, we'd love you on the waitlist.
We draw on credible sources — clinical guidelines, peer-reviewed research, and lived experience — and we say when the science is still evolving.
Health information should be clear, warm, and free of jargon. You shouldn't need a medical degree to understand your own body.
Women have been sharing knowledge for generations. Insync amplifies that wisdom and connects you with others who understand.
With your consent, anonymized data helps close the gap in women's health research — especially for under-studied conditions.
The articles on Insync are written for education, not diagnosis. We lean on credible sources and aim for accuracy, but your body is unique. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for personal medical advice.
