Ingredients
- 200g sushi-grade salmon, cubed (or cooked salmon)
- 1 cup cooked rice
- Avocado, edamame, shredded carrot, cucumber
- Soy sauce, sesame oil, lime
- Sesame seeds
Method
- 1Whisk a quick dressing of soy, sesame oil and lime.
- 2Toss the salmon in half the dressing.
- 3Build bowls with rice and veg, top with salmon, drizzle the rest and scatter sesame seeds.
