Ingredients

  • 200g sushi-grade salmon, cubed (or cooked salmon)
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • Avocado, edamame, shredded carrot, cucumber
  • Soy sauce, sesame oil, lime
  • Sesame seeds

Method

  1. 1Whisk a quick dressing of soy, sesame oil and lime.
  2. 2Toss the salmon in half the dressing.
  3. 3Build bowls with rice and veg, top with salmon, drizzle the rest and scatter sesame seeds.
