Banana, oat & dark chocolate cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • Pinch cinnamon and salt

Method

  1. 1Mash bananas and mix in everything else until it holds together.
  2. 2Spoon into 12 mounds on a lined tray and flatten slightly.
  3. 3Bake at 180°C for 12–15 minutes until set. Cool before they firm up.
