Why now: A craving-friendly bake that leans on complex carbs and a little dark chocolate — satisfying without the sugar crash.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- Pinch cinnamon and salt
Method
- 1Mash bananas and mix in everything else until it holds together.
- 2Spoon into 12 mounds on a lined tray and flatten slightly.
- 3Bake at 180°C for 12–15 minutes until set. Cool before they firm up.
